Are these normal? Some advertiser wants to test my traffic but im not sure if they are here to hack my website or legit lol

How are they wanting to test your account. Do they want you add a tag in your hosting, so no. You don't need to do anything for them to test your account.
Are they guest post seller/buyers they will try to sell you package after wasting your time.

They basically make an account for me on their website, and it will show how many traffic I actually have (for them). I guess their own google analytics for their site(?).
Then they would estimate the value of my traffic.

Yes, it's normal for ad networks to use JS codes for tracking impressions, clicks, and fraud detection.
But first of all I recommend you to check the advertiser's reputation and company details, use a sandbox/test environment first and also ask which specific metrics the code tracks.\

If it's by a reputed site like adsense, ezoic, mediavine then go for it.

If they just want traffic stats or a test link its usually fine but never give full access or sensitive info.
