I created this just a week ago and these stats are for 8 days (not for a month)

Tell me how much can this go for and what places can this be sold?

I would say, wait for at least some more months.

how much do you want for it.. you think is reasonable? the stats look promising but only if the pattern sticks & people would be interested if there is some earnings. An offer for a 3X to 5X monthly ROR seems reasonable once you can show solid numbers in my opinion but maybe my estimates are on my own perceived value.

Still a week old - could be just a viral post or thread or anything. Like i said you need to build up stats and prove that it sticks, before even consider selling.

If you want to sell, look for private buyers or niche forums public marketplaces will likely reject it. Cleaning up the content increases value.

You should consider the domain, building the site, and setting it up, add 30% and thats your price. Clearly, can't get a good number with the actual age. It can still be considered for selling if that's what you aim for

Your best bet is to target private buyers who understand the niche and focus on improving traffic and overall site quality first this way you can command a much higher price than selling it as is.

Take one month's revenue and multiply it by 24 times - that's a reasonable price for a website with stable earnings. However, you can also sell it if you feel the price is right.

I get the point of building some consistent stats and then consider selling, but honestly, your response doesn’t come across as particularly intelligent, and neither do you.

That is possible only if it has history of earning for few months.

I wouldn't like to share the niche, but its mainly dmca content. The traffic continues to kind of grow itself on word of mouth now.

You can sell a site for 12-24 times the monthly figure. What determines exact price are your negotiation skills as well. But my advice to you is not to be in hurry to sell.
