Hello There

I’m looking for some advice from people who’ve been around the block with review platforms a bit more than I have.

Trustpilot is great and all, but their moderation sometimes feels crazy
I’m looking for alternatives where I can post reviews about online companies (not e-commerce stores, not Shopify products — specifically internet services, trading platforms, finance-related stuff, etc.) without the moderation hammer smashing everything to pieces.

I already know about Sitejabber and Reviews.io, but I’d love to hear what else is out there that’s actually friendly to legit reviews and doesn’t require a blood sample to approve a post.

Thanks in advance

G2 and Capterra excellent for B2B and software reviews. They have high domain authority and a more professional community. Moderation is present but typically less aggressive than Trustpilot

Trustpilot reviews going live and sticking is all a matter of the technique(s) used to post the reviews. With the right technique(s), even now reviews go live in around 24 to 48 hours and stick.

I disagree on that. Capterra has manual human moderation which takes eternity and their manual human moderation really sucks.

You’re right, Trustpilot moderation can be a headache. If you’re focusing on reviewing online services, trading platforms, or finance-related companies, a few alternatives worth trying are G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Google Business, plus the usual Sitejabber and Reviews.io. These tend to be more friendly to legit service reviews without the heavy moderation issue.

If Trustpilot feels too strict, a few solid alternatives for reviewing online services (finance, trading, SaaS, etc.) are G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Google Business, plus Sitejabber and Reviews.io.
They’re generally more friendly for legit, detailed reviews and have smoother moderation.
