As a teenager back in 2010 I use to browse this site along with warrior forum, wsodownloads.info reading every guide downloading every tool trying to make money online. I fell across a book called ListKingpin you can't find it online anymore but it talked about using other peoples newsletters to promote affiliate offers. I found a website with a newsletter in the photography niche and paired it with an offer from clickbank that grossed 10k in revenue total where I made 20%. This opened my eyes to affiliate marketing and making money online. I even use to go-to CPA websites and created an e-book and posted it on Craigslist and Kijiji and made money.

Now fast forward I've built a portfolio of buying businesses after investing in over 50k+ in coaching ( expensive "WSO"s lol)

What I learned is that the power of leverage is real and you can scale and grow your business overnight simply by buying a good deal.

I invest in SAAS, agencies, brick and mortar and provide business funding.

Initially it doesn't work if you have bad credit. But that's where you leverage and partner with someone with good credit. Since there's no personal guarantee and the funding is all corporate nothing shows on their personal bureau so it's an easy sell and upside to them
