No point thinking of your past now. For the past 2 years were you freelancing or what? If your good at SEO and if you dont have any money to invest and that you are willing to work long hours. Why dont you try with a free blog like blogger and do a very good Keyword research and rank them with your SEO knowledge you have.
You can offer some freelancing by advertising in various forums on link building such as profile linking, forum posting or like creating level 2 yahoo answers, and so on.
Internet is a place of opportunities and you will grow and succeed only if you really put your self and mind into it.

Ive never read a thread that invited a bitch slap as much as this one.
You stated in the first line that the most you have earned, apart from articles which you did last month, was $15 from adsense. So you began earning $15 per month on adsense and gave up work???,,pfffff
You could easily earn $20 a day writing articles, or as other members have suggested outsourcing, if you have no feedback, look for someone who is looking to hire someone to complete some work for them, and do it for either a reduced price or for free to get some intital feedback.
Slating other bhw members because you have made some ill informed decisions, wont get you help by any means, it'll just get people annoyed at you, because nobody is going to spoon feed you.
Perhaps you need to stop reading the many threads and just roll with one, making mistakes along the way and learning from them. Theres reputable members in here like yukinari that spill method after method for all to take, twist and implement as their own.

First of all STFU stop accusing BHW this place is pricless and if you want respect thats what should happen. I mean who asked you to quit your job you were being Greedy and started Relying on IM(Easy Money) that was your first mistake. Although i am still in college and now making nice income but i do not intend to do IM as my Residual income source because we all know this that IM is not very constant it is just like USA economy there are some good and bad days.
Yeah and if i was you i would not ask anyone to help me because it was me who made mistakes and failed. Plus even if you manage to get some work from such kind of threads how long can to survive on that tossed work ? My opinion everyones wants to make money online !but i realise that is not for all!
First it real takes time to start earning some good income.
You will have to work hard and seen what is the best for you.
Don't wast money in softwares, that doesn't do anything,try manual like: backlinks, research your keywords,niche bla bla bla...
i join the forum couple months ago,is the best forum so far,also i still at university student on computer science,so i never had to live any job outsite of virtual wordl, but in the guy case!! good word he had! and changing it to become what?

I would hire you for $20 a day to do various work, but you seem to have a serious issue with accountability. I get the impression that if you were hired, you would blame work not being done on the power being out, bird flu, a dog bit you, your wife yelled at you, computer virus, slow internet, computer virus again, sick with the bird flu again.. each and every day, then demand I pay you for the weeks of work not being done. Same way you are crying about your situation now, and asking.. no.. DEMANDING that everyone should help you.
Western culture as you have witnessed has very little sympathy for self defecation of this sort.
It's also expected that you be paid for work delivered, not because you need to survive, and look, someone has the money you need that is employing you. Thats not how the developed world works, and if you take that broke hand-out attitude online, you are going to just piss everyone off, and you won't see any money at all.
What will piss them off more is that, you need so little to live fairly well, and you are crying fowl over that. Something that should be so easily attainable, while everyone else in the western world need to pull in 5X as much just to pay the bills.
Tygrus gave you the right suggestion. You want to get to work, hit the freelance boards. Need reviews, bid on the small jobs and get paid as little as possible so you can start getting reviews. All it takes is 3-5 'good' job reviews and you are in. If you really can work 10-12 hours a day, this should be doable inside of 2 days.
Alas, you will instead spend those two days demanding that someone else should be helping you, instead of you helping yourself. You are going against the design of the universe with this mindset, and it will result in your being crushed into oblivion unless you start to get on track with your own destiny.
Bottom line, you are exactly where you should be. You have more opportunity than most to make something more for yourself where you live, but you have choosen to be exactly in the situation you are in now. Changing it requires you making the choice to be somewhere else. Nobody can help you with that. It's you that has to make that decision.

BTW there are hordes of freelancers already deployed to compete for any and all jobs that are available. Take that McDonalds job or perish. Beggars can't be choosers! You either take that McDonalds job and downgrade your already trodden lifestyle or sell your laptop and loose the little bit of leverage you have in this situation to come out on top. Your laptop is a vital resource which you have no qualm in surrendering. Another poor decision by you. I think you should move back in with mama or someone capable of making proper decisions. To anyone thinking about giving this guy legit work, don't. I hired him once to do a website (a blog) and he didn't even do it, just kept sending progress reports that things are getting done "on his laptop" and that he'll upload it later. It never materialized.
I think he's just trying to bankroll you guys into giving him something for nothing, either by giving him some work he'll scam you out of, or to get you to do the legwork in finding him a job where he'll scam someone else.
Forget this guy. If anyone deserves to starve and live in poverty it's him. He had his shot at making money and he flushed it down the toilet.
