What issues should I check if my video has 0 views?

The account was purchased. the account's IP address is in Vietnam. After purchasing it, the first video was posted the day after it was released, followed by another video the day after that. The third video was filmed directly on the TikTok app using the camera on the third day.
whoer.com is 100% disregarded. My iPhone has been reset, and I'm logged into a UK Apple account. The videos are original, and I've posted a total of 3 videos.
So there are two issues to investigate now. The first is the account issue, the IP address has changed. I'm currently using a UK IP address because I need to switch my account to the UK. The second is the network; I'm using a dynamic residential IP address. Is this the main reason? The problem is, I've been using this network to operate my Reddit account without any issues; the Reddit account is stable and there are no abnormalities.

The video shows "Limited," does that mean it's restricted? How should I investigate this? My Reddit accounts on the same network are working normally.
