restoring deleted page comment

I deleted comment made by other person on my page
I checked in recycle bin but not there
googled,article says it should be in recycle bin
any idea from where I can retrive it?

If the comment is not in the Page Recycle Bin, then in most cases it cannot be restored. The recycle bin only stores posts, not every type of comment. Deleted comments from other users are generally removed permanently because of privacy rules.
The only chance to see it again is if someone took a screenshot or if you still have notifications showing part of the text, but Facebook does not offer a way to fully restore it once deleted.

as far as i know there is no comment trash can currently, only post trash can. if you deleted it i'm not sure if you can restore it

Facebook does not keep deleted comments in the Page’s Recycle Bin - only posts, photos, and some page content appear there.

search for the “download information” folder on the fb page, select “comment” then download the files. If you see a restore button on this file, you can restore it, otherwise it cannot be restored.

Once its deleted by the page admin, its usually gone for good. Only the person who posted it can restore it from their side.

It’s unlikely to recover a deleted comment once it doesn’t appear in the Page’s recycle bin. Facebook usually removes it permanently from their side.

If its not showing in the recycle bin, its likely permanently deleted. You could try reaching out to support, but chances of recovery are pretty slim.
