I use Google Ads to search for keywords relevant to my industry. I extract keywords with search volumes between 100,000 and 1 million, and then write 2-3 articles daily using these keywords. Of course, you need to ensure each article is indexed by Google. After about a week, I submit my application; the review process usually takes 3-4 days. In special cases, it may take 7-14 days.
I did not use AI to generate anything.

Improve your site authority to rank better and write content targeting high volume keywords to get more traffic. Both these things go hand in hand so it's useless to write content for competitive keywords when you site won't rank for them.

Health & wellness falls under YMYL niches, so it's almost impossible to rank with a random parasite. Google became strict on them after the pandemic.

I currently mainly write articles in the Health & wellness and credit card finance sectors, and I've heard that the cost per click in these categories is high, so I'd like to give it a try. I should probably drop Health & wellness and focus on the credit card finance sector.

Credit card finance sector also falls under YMYL niches. YMYL are basically niches that are crucial for survival like health and money. These are the niches that have the potential to cause death or bankruptcy. So, Google filters them seriously. It's extremely difficult to rank in such niches. However, there could be some edge cases where it's possible to rank. So, you should manually check a few keywords and see if there are any parasites ranking. Try to reverse engineer why they are ranking so that you can repeat the process to rank better than them.
Some parasites are difficult to beat. For example, the Instagram page of a health or finance site may rank in top 10 but you won't be able to beat it with a new Instagram page. So, you should research these factors to understand the potential before investing time and money.
