Hey everyone,

We’re a small team of 5–6 people working together in a tiny office. We have a graphic designer, a social media manager, a developer, and a few others — basically enough skill to build things, but right now zero budget to start anything meaningful.

Our biggest struggle is this:
We know how to work, but we don’t know what to work on that can bring quick and realistic income.
We’re not looking for shortcuts or magic; just something practical that a small, motivated team can execute right away.

We’ve considered things like:
  • Google Play Console account creation/reselling
  • Farming accounts / digital assets
  • Becoming remote assistants for individuals or agencies
  • Small automation services
  • Simple but scalable digital side-hustles
  • Anything that doesn’t require upfront capital but requires time, effort, and consistency
The problem is… we’re stuck. There’s a lot of noise online, too many ideas but no clear direction. We don’t want to waste our limited time on things that are dead or saturated.

So we’re here asking the BHW community:

If you were in our situation — a skillful team with no budget — what would YOU do to generate the first $1,000–$3,000 to kickstart bigger projects (or living :D)?

Any advice, guidance, or even warning (“don’t waste time on this”) would mean a lot to us. We’re willing to put in the work, stay consistent, and learn whatever is necessary.

We are specifically looking for methods that are proven to generate real income — something fast, practical, and guaranteed to bring results if we put in the work like gmail creation, xxx account creation etc.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.

Do freelance work for other. With the capital you generate, start own projects.

Good luck .
Thank you so much for your reply, really appreciate it!

We completely agree that freelancing is a good starting point, and we’re open to doing it.
However, our main goal is to focus on things that we can sell unlimitedly, without being dependent on client availability.

For example, if we produce a Gmail account (just an example), the chance of not selling it is almost zero — it’s something with constant demand.
We are looking for industries or digital products with this kind of evergreen, guaranteed-demand market, where the bottleneck is only how much we can produce, not whether someone wants to buy it.

If you or anyone else has suggestions for markets like this, we would love to hear more. Thanks again for helping us!

Focus on micro-services that leverage your team’s skills e.g., simple website builds, social media content packs, or small automation scripts for local businesses.

Start with micro services (websites, graphics, social media) digital asset account flipping or simple automation tools.

With a small skilled team, your quickest win is offering simple services to agencies content, design, automation, or basic outreach. Start with something you can deliver today, get a few paying clients, and use that cash to scale into bigger projects.

I’d suggest focusing on small, actionable services you can deliver quickly like creating digital assets, managing social accounts for clients or building simple automation tools gradually reinvesting earnings into bigger projects.

Begin with practical, hands on services your team can execute immediately like creating digital assets, managing social accounts or building small automation tools and reinvest the profits to scale into larger projects.

Looks like your team can manage a good business like to run one or multiple AI influencers.

The guy technical skilled in graphic design can handle the creation of an AI model and content for social media.
The guy who work as a social media manager will promote the AI influencer on social media.
The developer will be able to create a website.
How to monetize? And I’ll not talk about the Fanvue part. - you can use too, it’ll generate more money than drop shipping.
Your brand new website will run for a drop shipping business, you have to use products that are related to your AI Influencer.
Why you have to create an AI influencer? Because you have to create a source of traffic for your website, a free one.
You can use Affiliate marketing too.

Since you have experience you can automate all the processes. So this can be a side hustle or a main one, depending of your results.

Besides gmail try to resell more old account like facebook account, Ads account, Etc, You can find account selling section to get idea. I thinks best way to earn money for long term.
