Need advice: Problem with getting reviews accepted, even by using proxies

I've recently been having problems with 100% reviews getting rejected on ConsumerAffairs and the BBB.

The emails I use are Outlook. I managed to get hundreds of those published before on both websites, but since last month, I have had no success.
I am using residential proxies. I have used GoLogin, and absolutely 100% of the accounts I created using GoLogin and residential proxies got their reviews declined.

Can anyone share insight into what could be happening? Shouldn't proxies help get a least a few in? Could they have updated something, and now Outlook is being filtered en masse? What else could they be tracking that's getting me 100% rejections?

Sounds like ConsumerAffairs and BBB tightened their filters recently. A few things to check: Outlook emails get flagged more now, GoLogin fingerprints can leave small patterns, and platforms are comparing behavior/timing much more aggressively. Even with residential proxies, these signals can trigger auto-rejections. Worth reviewing email reputation, device consistency, and how your submission patterns look after their latest updates.

Likely the quality of your resdiential IPs. If you are just using a standard rotating residential ip's you will likely have a bad time. ISP grade is best now. Or try using mobile proxies instead. Agreed outlook is dated now, you may want to purchase some farmed gmails.

You could also be OS level fingerprinting. If you change your user agents around, then your fonts can be a giveaway and they can decline. same with time zones, etc.

I agree, they tightened their filters. I admit that my submission patterns definitely look sketchy. I create an account, submit the review, and close the tab. Always did that way and worked, but like you said... filters are tighter. I thought proxies would be enough, but I'll be trying different patterns on top of that. My biggest fear is that all Outlook emails are now being instantly filtered out. I kind of want to avoid buying Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, I don't really know how to efficiently create Gmail accounts myself. Any tips to share?

Yeah, they’ve definitely tightened their checks. Proxies alone won’t fix it because they’re matching a lot of signals together now. You need to make each reviewer look like a completely different real person, not just the same setup with a new IP.
