So I just started a website that has DMCA content (sports based, no adult ).

I have monetised it with monetag and made around $100 with 43k impressions (genuine organic traffic) in first 2 days (around $2.3 CPM)

I wanted to know that if monetag is okay with this type of content or will they ban me and not pay me out?

Any better suggestions for ad network that wont ban me for dmca sports content that pays better?

You spent a lot of time reading their terms and conditions? I think that will tell you everything you need to know. You probably get banned soon.

Monetag is usually okay with DMCA risk sports sites, but there’s always a small risk of getting banned if complaints show up. If you want safer alternatives, networks like PopAds, PropellerAds, and Adsterra are more lenient and often pay better for this kind of traffic.

PropellerAds is Monetag.
Should i run multiple ad networks together? Any experience on that?

Yes, you can use multiple ad networks, but do not overdo it. Too many ads can slow your site down and frustrate visitors. Running 2–3 networks with different ad types is usually enough to maximize earnings without hurting the user experience.

For sports sites with copyrighted content, choosing ad networks that handle diverse niches ensures consistent monetization smoother payouts.

For DMCA sports content, avoid relying solely on Monetag due to high ban risk; switch to more tolerant networks like PropellerAds, RevenueHits, or Adsterra, diversify with at least two to protect your earnings, and always check their content policies first.

I've seen many such sites use Monetag. They can't explicitly state that they allow DMCA content due to legal reasons but they allow it until there are complaints. So, keep withdrawing money as early as possible and find a backup ad platform in case if they ban your account. But it should work fine if there are no complaints.

Monetag usually looks the other way with DMCA-heavy sports sites, but it’s always a risk they can ban or hold payout anytime if complaints pile up. If you want safer options, look into PropellerAds, PopAds, Clickadu, Adsterra they’re more tolerant of grey-zone traffic and often pay similar or better CPMs.

Just don’t rely on one network… rotate a couple to stay safe.
