The cheapest way to send emails for an opt-in list is usually Amazon SES, because it costs almost nothing per 1,000 emails and still has great deliverability, but you’ll need a tool like Listmonk to actually manage your list and campaigns. If you want something easier and still affordable, MailerLite is a good option and allows affiliate links as long as you follow their rules. AWeber works too, but it’s more expensive. If you’re comfortable with a bit of setup, the SES + Listmonk combo is the lowest-cost solution with good delivery.

I want to start testing it with 3,500 emails a day and I’m sending to Gmail accounts mostly, would 1 domain be enough and have you experimented with inbox rate for free ESPs like Gmail?

There is warm up process as I experienced with them
They won't do 3500 when you are starting out

dont start without warmup if your doing cold email outreach. All money will burn like candles.. take a course in udemy if ur fresher.

i d look at stuff like aweber, emailoctopus, brevo / sendinblue, selzy, etc, more than amazon ses or alibaba mail. aweber is pretty well known for allowing affiliate links as long as you re not spamming or pushing super shady offers, so it s a safe starter if you want something simple. mailerlite is cheap and nice but they can be stricter with affiliate stuff, so read their tos carefully before you blast cpa links all day. amazon ses is super cheap on the sending side, but it needs extra setup (smtp / your own app or a front end) and they re not fans of typical “aggressive” affiliate style lists, so there s a bit more risk there if you warm it wrong
