First of all, you need to have an account that can contact Facebook support, then send a detailed request with pictures as possible, then you will receive an AI response and next, when you need more technical support, they will transfer to manual technology to support you.

Normally we use FB AI support to appeal accounts. There was a time when appealing was very effective and fast but now it is not as good as before

as far as i know meta support will work effectively when you appeal the account, but for other issues i'm afraid it will take a long time to get an answer. or you can appeal the account, then state the problem you encountered for them to resolve.
