Hi everyone,

I’m currently outsourcing our Instagram management to an agency, but I’m planning to bring everything in-house and have my VA team handle it after I train them.

I have 3 virtual assistants ready to manually manage over 80 of our clients’ personal Instagram accounts.

My questions:

1. What’s the best, safest, and most affordable proxy service to use for this setup?
   I’m thinking 1 proxy per client account is the safest approach, but I’d love confirmation from people with experience.
2. Does anyone know Instagram’s updated daily action limits as of now?
   (Follows, likes, DMs, comments, etc.)

Our planned tech stack:

• VPS
• HideMyAcc
• Spreadsheet for CRM / tracking
• Proxies

If anyone has a better or more optimized system for a project like this, I’d love your suggestions.

We did this successfully a few years ago, but I know the tools and best practices have evolved.

Always monitor Instagram’s updated limits for follows, likes, comments, and DMs, while considering tools like a secure VPS, a reliable CRM, and manual oversight to reduce risk of blocks or bans.
