This actually happened to me today. I tried to top up my Payeer USDT wallet using a verified exchange with a good reputation that uses the reliable Mercurio payment gateway. I paid for the request, and the exchange sent USDT to my wallet within Payeer. As a result, more than 24 hours have passed and the money has not arrived. The transaction is visible within Payeer and is still pending. According to the hash, the transaction is shown as completed.

Support has not responded at all, they are simply silent.

Has anyone else had problems with Payeer recently?

I used them 1 hour ago to do exactly the same thing, no problem.

Oh dear, check their trustpilot page, this doesnt look good.

I am not sure if its okay to post a link so I wont, but filter most recent all countries and only 1 star reviews, looks brutal.

Or maybe they just had to clamp down on fatca jurisdictions, its too early to tell.

I've been seeing this image all day, just like in the screenshot....

I have been using this service since 2015 and everything has been fine. This is the first time a transaction has been stuck and support is simply silent.

Shit man, as member above mentioned, just checked their trustpilot for recent reviews, something is happening it looks like. For me, still not

Yeah, I am reading the TP reviews now, it is actually very interesting, of course AML checks take a while and they cant say whats happening etc, but damn, they have been onboarding Russian customers.......They are licenced in the Baltics, perhaps its best to run to the licencing body asap.

Complete support silence, not even holding messages are a very bad sign.

They recently reported in the news that they had stopped working with Russia and the EU. But personally, I am not located in those countries, and there was no mention of other users, so I thought everything would be fine and wanted to deposit some money into Payeer.

I hope they will get in touch eventually...

I found several other people in a similar situation, whose USDT funds were also not credited and who are being ignored by support. It all looks like an exit scam by Payeer.

Be careful with them right now.

Any news on this? I use it daily, it worked for me today without any problems also... I am starting to worry, honestly.

No news. I continue to write in support, but no one has responded to my message for 3 days. The USDT has not been credited and is still pending. I used TRC20.

Sorry to hear. Keep following up every day in their multiple channels.

While not a proven "scam" in the classic sense of a fake website that disappears overnight, Payeer's business practices have led many to label it as such. The risk of having your funds frozen with no recourse is unacceptably high. It is best to use a more reputable and transparent financial service.

I will post the continuation of the story with Payeer here. At the moment, after 4 days, support finally replied and said that they would not credit my USDT because they are high-risk (even though I bought them at a highly rated exchange). They offered to return them to any of my wallets, but I have to pay a commission of 35 TRX. I agreed. At the moment, I am waiting to see how this story ends.

The TRX commission was also not credited automatically and got stuck.

If Payeer is not working for you, you can register its IP address in the hosts file in the following format: 185.178.208.156 payeer.com

So, it's time to wrap up this story. Today, Payeer finally returned the money to my USDT wallet.
It wasn't quick, but the problem has been solved, except that I was forced to pay a commission of 35 TRX.

I am unlikely to continue using Payeer as a means of payment or exchange. And I will certainly not keep large sums of money there.

If you have a similar problem, don't write anything in your message except for one message, just wait for a response. Include as much information as possible in your first message so that support doesn't ask additional questions. Then the process will go faster.

Thanks for sharing, we like payeer as bhw users, but we might have to think about payeer for a moment.

Yes your concern is very valid, and you’re not alone. There are quite a few recent reports of exactly the issue you described: USDT deposits visible in Payeer but not being credited, and users getting no response from support.
