I’m in this business (AI models) for more than 1 year and a half and currently I’m also creating a team (see the last part).
But before to start this business I used to work using a hybrid method. A hybrid method means that I used a real girl body (a girl that I knew) and an AI generated face. After this I performed a face swap.
After a couple of months, 3 months something like this, she decided to go on her path, doing her own business.
Then I decided to work with full AI generated girls, because in the hybrid method is very difficult to find that “good” girl.
“Good” means that: she is happy to be involved in this business, she is not asking for a huge part of the income and she is pretty and good looking.
So based on all these points it’s hard to find that girl.
Anyway I started this business with one full AI generated model (AI face and AI body), rn I have 5 AI models and my work is to create AI content for them that I will use on Social Media Platforms such as: IG, Tiktok, Facebook, Threads, X and Telegram.
Basically the content is more on less the same on all those platforms. So when I created something for IG I will use that content for Tiktok too.
For Fanvue it’s a different story because I have to create NSFW content, so content with my AI girls wearing just lingerie or naked, so I’ve to create in this way.
The next step is to promote the AI model on Social Media Platforms. Here there are 2 options: Organic Growth and Paid Promotion.
Even now I’m using the first one, because if you follow some rules there are high chances that your content to become viral.
Now from social media I mainly get my Fanvue subscribers but I’m using other ways too, using a bait and hook strategy that I set, from where I get, let’s call them, high quality subscribers.
The last part is related to Fanvue. I’m monetizing my AI girls mainly there.
So I receive money from my subscribers as subscription fee, ppv, tips, selling exclusive (explicit)
content.
I’m telling you from my experience if you want to make a good amount of money (make the subs to buy everytime your exclusive content for a high amount) in this business you’ve to chat with your subscribers, to create a connection, some kind of a relationship (not a romantic one) with them.
I’m not doing this by my own, I hired girls to do it.
In the beginning you can chat with them by yourself or use a chatting bot or hire girls from Africa or poor european countries.
But still you can make a good amount of money even if you are not chatting with them.

(see the attached photo, that it's a test model, she was use in one of my guides) - using AI tools available on the market, not ComfyUI because for beginners it’s very difficult.
