I have tried many methods of indexing my pages etc on google like using paid indexers and social media shares etc but in the end the only thing that worked is making sure to follow a schedule for posting new content and do proper internal linking. Make 2-3 posts per day or even 1 post a day and google will slowly start indexing all your pages. Once you stop posting or updating your site google starts deindexing.
