Only 1 account per number for Gmail verification

I just tried to verify disabled accounts because it asked me phone number and I could only used 1 number for 1 account not more like before. I used real sim card number and Google voice. Aldo when I tried to make Google voice from agree accounts I only could make 5 from 20. Is it because of residential proxies or phone verification, I tried text verified and sms pool

Google workspace is extremely strict I lost the ability to make new accounts after 2 days just from testing and playing around with scripting.

Yes I had it but when I buy from him and log in into account, next day Google disabled accounts

I used real phone number and Google disabled same account 2 times in a week. I recover again. I was using geelark and decodo mobile proxies or mango residential
