Altcoins that are worth holding for next 10 years

Are there any altcoins where it is safe to have long term investment horizon of 10 years or more ? Or is still BTC the best candidate for such an investment ?

I didn't mean anything like that. I meant BTC seems to be stable, rather no-risk - but also no big gains expected. It was yesterday, IIRC, when someone posted a thread about some crypto I never heard before, which raised its value 17 times overnight? But if one isn't any prophet, it can be hard to predict, unfortunately.

If I would be new to crypto today, I would hold Solana and Ripple the next 10 years.

Most alts don’t survive more than a single cycle, let alone 10 years. BTC & ETH would be the only coins I’d personally be comfortable with holding for that amount of time.

Judging by today's market, it's kind of scary to buy altcoins. I'd rather buy something like BNB, Solana, XPL, Polygon, or Litecoin.

BNB really has bright future because it is connected to binance. And binance is number one in whatever it does.
