Facebook Group Monetization + Looking for a partner

I have a Facebook group that I've been running since 2021. Title of the group is 'Day Trading for Beginners' . I've been trading and coaching students for quite some time now. I've done about $30k in sales (student enrolments) over the last few years but it's always been very inconsistent. I've also tried looking for a partner who could help in growing it and in return we could split the revenue 50/50 but haven't had much luck with it.

I currently have my course and everything on whop which I use to process payments and student enrolments.
