I have some questions which i can't solve by myself in my "special case".
Whenever i read a post like this (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/w...-2025-spoiler-its-not-just-backlinks.1724191/) with 30+ people shouting "HQ Backlinks" i'm asking myself:
What does that even mean for me? Can i benefit from backlinks?

I have a fresh one month old blog, tech gadget guide niche with ~100 Clicks and 1200 Impressions (GSC). Should i already buy HQ Links? Do they need to come from German sites? On which Page do i link? Which Anchor should i choose? How much does it cost?

Currently i have zero clue how to answer this specific question for my market. How do i determine the answers? The German Market is much smaller then the english speaking one. Is that even important?
Maybe one of you guys can help me out to find a good solution for my blog.
