Where can buy DIDs

Usual provider has just started asking a ridiculous level of KYC when placing orders for DIDs.
What providers do you recommend that either have no, or normal level of KYC (pass, bill), not ask for self ie with your pet while holding your ID and dressed up in a swim suite....


Any advice is appreciated!
