what's a difference between hotmail verified and non-verified accounts? what they are better for?

Verified Hotmail accounts are used for sending and receiving emails at hotmail account.
Unverified Hotmail Accounts are used for ONLY receiving emails, you cannot send email from these accounts because when you'll send email hotmail will ask you to solve a captcha and then you'll be allowed to send email from the hotmail account.

I hope, now you are clear about the difference.

For the youtube accounts, can i request unique names? Perhaps provide you with a.txt or excel with a list of the usernames i'd like to use?

Also, must all accounts be made the same day? and lastly are you using unique ip's when you create these accounts? (probably not)
