Got my account closed today, same month i finished with 3000$+ in commissions

Well, they ain't gonna pay it

reason: links on popups (related products) not random links or anything.

not even mad honestly because i already hated them for 1. very slow payout time (60-90 days)
+ rules that are not worth it, the popup thing and other rules, like you have to say the price exactly, not say discount or anything...etc
+ they don't really care about small/new marketers at all, all they care about are violations, they won't even give you access to some tools simply because you're new

I will be switching to direct brand programs (keep in mind that the brands direct relationship pays 8-15% while amazon pays only 2%) and still they keep making these stupid rules

Is there a chance to get that 3000$ or just ditch and move on?

Did they warn you first ?

Also you had popups on your website and the links were leading to the products ?

Maybe you can try to write them saying you didn't know if they didn't warn you first

nope no warning at all,
for example let's the content is best cameras, after 15-20seconds a popup shows with a button to amazon search like this https://amazon.com/s?k=Canon EOS R6 Mark II

Sounds a bit extreme of them to just take your money, I Mean damn 3k is a lot to someone. I wish they would give a clear warning to help you fix it before closing the account. So messed up IMO Unless you're doing something very shady and unethical, I feel like a warning is best.

I would try to talk to them and ask them to explain to you how exactly did you violate the ToS.
It's not right.
Also try to say you will comply in the future if they allow you to and then wait until the money is paid.
