Well some state have some benefits over each other like Wyoming, Delaware with no annual fee and low state feesjust looking to register llc company in usa(any state) with bank account, let me know guys cheap and easy procedure.

As someone previously mentioned, Delaware, Whyoming and Nevada if you don’t want to pay state tax.
Most of these providers are overcharging when all they do is setup an LLC. Most people don’t know how to do it themselves or find it easier for someone else to do it.
7 years ago I paid one of these sites to setup my LLC. Once I got the EIN I just stopped paying them. I still use that business to this very day.
