As the title says, if I wanted to make some higher risk investment on crypto (nothing huge) what tips would you give? Some points would be nice, while I have some stake in some popular cryptos I am curious about other crypto options

The most important advice is to take risks only with the money that you are ready to lose. If you are ready to lose them, you will feel less emotional, and as a result you will not lose even more.

Yes I am ready the thing is, if I wanted to throw money away I would go to a casino. I want something that has real odds.

You could try yield farming from Uniswap. You will basically deposit two pairs of coins and earn interest once they are traded.

What amount can you risk ?

for medium risk, size bets and chase catalysts. we track listing windows, vesting cliffs and holder growth, not ct hype. last qtr 3 of 10 hit 3-5x at 1% risk, pre-cex via mexc. we built this watchlist

First of all, don't miss out on the 100x return

Try not to buy when FOMO is at its peak; wait for pullbacks or much calmer levels.

If you say you're diversifying, that's pretty good.

I usually check the cryptos listed on the most popular exchanges (at least six months after their listing) and keep an eye on them to see how they're performing.

If you truly believe in an early-stage project with real utility, not just hype, then I would invest in it, even if it's a small amount, but do it. Always, of course, check the team's track record: if they've worked on other projects, how long they've been involved, and if they've actually delivered.

Right now, you have to be very careful about which cryptos you invest in. More than a thousand new cryptos are launched daily, making it difficult to bet, but I usually let someone else filter them (for example, what I mentioned about exchange listings). These initial filters are only useful if you're expecting something in the medium term.

I’d keep it simple: only use a small “high-risk” budget and focus on projects with real teams, clear utility, and solid liquidity.
Spread your bets and avoid anything that’s just hype-driven.

use stop loss and never lose what u can't afford to gamble on

Only make decisions after your own research and listen to your gut

For medium–high risk crypto: diversify small stakes, DYOR, set limits, follow news, and avoid FOMO.
