Hi everyone, I am currently having some accounts that are not spending, I tried some things before and they worked but now I try again but no spending. Do you have any way to fix them?

How many accounts have you tried launching ads on?
If all accounts do not spend, then there is a problem with the ad, change the ad content
If there are accounts that spend, then there is a bug in some accounts
Meta is scanning and hindering the work of many people, we have to adapt

The account has been having this problem for the past few days. I usually have to turn on my engagement campaign for about 3 days to warm up the account first and then continue to create another campaign. But it seems that the efficiency is not high. Not 100% of them work.

I run on 10 accounts, initially only five accounts spent and I fixed three more, today one account started spending, the other one can't

Non-spending accounts are often caused by a credit limit algorithm or a “hanging” payment system.
The most sustainable solution: warm up the account, use a simple structure, small budgets, and gradually increase trust over time — don’t rush or duplicate campaigns.

If an account isnt spending, its usually a trust or relevance issue. Try running light engagement or video view campaigns first, check that payment and pixel are set up correctly, and make sure the audience isnt too narrow. Let it (wake up) before pushing conversions.

Don't change the payment method. First, create a clean campaign to get the money and then create the campaign you want to run later.

Please check the approval time of the campaigns on your account, is it fast or slow? If it is fast, the problem is with the payment card and the campaign content. If the approval speed of a campaign takes hours, then wait 24 hours for the account to spend normally.

The problem of accounts not spending money has happened frequently recently, the cause could be due to advertising, new accounts, payment cards, limited fanpages... Please check again to find the cause and handle it promptly.

Meta’s ad system sometimes deprioritizes accounts with low engagement or poor ad history, causing campaigns to stay in review or not spend. You should refresh creatives, test new audiences, and duplicate the campaign under a different objective to trigger a new learning phase.

I have been facing the same issues. A few of my accounts stopped spending too, even though they worked fine before, and I have not found a proper fix yet.

Check account history for policy issues, ensure payment method is valid, warm up slowly with small campaigns, and avoid sudden high budgets sometimes creating a fresh BM helps if the old account stays inactive.

Try warming them up with small budgets, switch payment method, run broad engagement campaigns first, and rotate creatives. Also try different time zones. If still stuck, pause 24–48h and restart. If multiple fail, the BM/account trust score may be low.

Duplicate the campaign or edit and start again should work. If is not working get back here i may have other ideas

I also encountered this situation and I had to change to a new account type

There are many such accounts nowadays, due to constant updates from Facebook. If it is a new account, create test campaigns and wait until it is active. If it is an old account that suddenly stops spending, stimulate it to spend by paying a little.
