I feel stuck, Need advice.

For few months now we've been averaging $2k/month, we get millions of European visits per month (all from reddit), monetized with Google adsense (tried few other ad network and the result is similar).
I'm sure there are people here that would earn way more than that amount if they had such traffic, I've been trying to think of a different and more profitable approach but I can't seem to wrap my head around any. What would you do differently if you were in my position?

Since its football and you have a lot of gamblers have you tried to promote a course with a affiliate links i am sure if you search you can find some good ones, something in that direction that is talking about tips and tricks and the phycological part of it
I am sore the top Major Brands have affiliate links , website that sell signed t-shirts, so many things you just need to test test test until you find the best thing for you !

Google ads isn't the best way to drive traffic to your site. Same with backlinks and any of those things people will throw in your face. Theres better ways to advertise. You should focus more on getting your current clients to bring new clients, whether thats friends or family it doesnt matter, but offer your clients something if they bring a friend or two.

Forgive me if I didn't make my post clear enough, we are getting good traffic from reddit, our major issue is monetization and we are currently monetized with Google adsense which we feel we are not earning as we potentially should.

It is clear that the main lever of influence is traffic. In any case, you need to think about how to attract more traffic, rather than how to earn more from the current one. It is easier to attract twice as much traffic than to double the LTV per user.
