I bet you are in a niche who is conquered by big sites and media news sites? Better use a different niche who is not conquere dby big sites.

By the way....you not need only a good about me /author bio page, or maybe a content policy......
Your content must be aligned with google EEAT; why is your content helpful, the purpose of your content and for which audience, you must make that clear in your content in any single post , sorry in this moment I not have some examples, but your will find some in google search.

I think a content policy will be very helpful or have a short content policy in your about me page.
About me page: your mission, statement, ho wyou help your audience (little statement too) your bio, a little portfolio of medium articles or other guest post articles, have your social media links in your about me page too (Linkedin!) .

Then with all that you should be fine in google's eyes.

  But....moment......google now not likes it when you have multiple domains (same topic but different content) , right? Example:
  
  Your main website shows your products or services and your second domain same name with different extension like .blog (Serth Godin method) shows your blog content, a third separate domain (same name) shows your video or audio podcasts , all are intern linked to the main site and vice versa.
  
  Then google will show only 1 domain in the serps not all three and higly risk that big G will shutdown your other two separate domains.
  
  Google favors one domain where you build your authority and sees multiple domains as seo manipulaton.
  Witrh only 1 domain it's easier for google to shut you down as when you have multiple domains on multople registrars and webhosting.
  A big trap isn't it ?
  
  But diverse traffic sources form different platforma that is allowed, ah moment, ....these platforms are friends of google (are all in the same wef lobby organization) this is why google allows you to have diverse traffic sources.
  
  Always have a Plan B in your mind my friend !
