Hello, I’m looking for Telegram software for sending mass DMs. I want the software to be able to create accounts, warm up accounts, collect usernames and user IDs of users from private/locked lists and groups where members are not visible, send messages including text, emojis and links, and filter users who were online in the last 7 days. Can you tell me which software you use? Support and updates are important. Some developers disappear after purchase or stop providing updates.

I’m not looking to have custom software developed! I want to use ready-made software — the kind that’s regularly updated, supported, and already available on the market.

Sadly I have never come across such a software that is public. I think you'll have a hard time finding one

Yeah, far as I know there's some software that might tangentially deal with Telegram (emphasis on "might") so you could probably check out the Want to Buy section for it. Personally, the only time I've seen a mass DM software for Telegram is when it's a purpose built. Proprietary software, so to speak.

There are many software programs. The problem is that each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. For me, support and updates are very important. Some programs are in Russian, which makes them very difficult for me to use. Even with proprietary software, it’s unclear how much it would cost, whether it will be updated in the future, or if the developer might be dishonest.​

What I do is hire a dev, on the basis of paid updates in the future. Decide the numbers beforehand, any decent dev agrees, win-win.

You will rarely find a custom solution tailored to your needs and future proofing requirements, I never did.

Tools that can do full account creation, warming, scraping private groups, and mass DMs don’t really stay reliable for long most get flagged or banned fast.
The safer approach is using Telegram’s official bot tools, public user lists, or channel promo methods.
Mass DM software usually won’t last or get consistent updates.

Actually, there are software for Telegram that will do all the operations except setting up an account.
