Hi everyone,

My Google My Business profile has been suspended recently. I run a service-based business, and I don’t have a physical shop or office — I visit customers at their location to provide the service.

Because I don’t have a storefront or permanent address to show, I’m not sure how to properly reinstate my GMB listing or how to verify it again.

Can anyone guide me or help me with GMB reinstatement for this type of service-area business?
I’m looking for someone experienced who can handle or advise on this situation professionally.

Thank you in advance!

provide them invoices or any bills etc with your company name on it. That should work.

Do you have the company documents like company registration. That normally does the trick

If you don’t have a shop, Google needs proof that you actually serve customers in person. Try adding job photos, receipts, or a business license during the reinstatement process.

That’s a common issue with service area businesses. Make sure your address is hidden and consistent across listings reinstatement usually goes smoothly once that’s corrected.

Send me a dm if you want to I will take a look.
Does the business had reviews ?

Make sure your business info matches your website and documents before applying for reinstatement.
