Tier 3 Stack Question about link

I am building a stack and curious about the links to the buffer of the buffer. This is just a experiment with no expectations though i did try this on a parasite link and saw movement.

Has any ever built a tier 3 stack and did you just use web 2.0s cheaply as recommended?

I want to pay someone on this platform *when ready* for them to create some web 2.0s for me Or some cheap domains they own where i can buy a handful.

Any recommendations on the linking of the tier 3? Of course I am trying to create topical authority in a location and not trying to spam it out.

I need to rephrase this to I already built the stack now and just want to add more links to the buffer. Cloud links are pretty straight forward or hard to mess up. I kind of want to buy web 2.0s from someone but i need these to be standalone sights and not part of massive spam ring. Why people make 1 web 2.0 account and just sell everything from the same web 2.0 is just fustrating to see.

Tier 3s still work if done cleanly. Cheap web 2.0s or expired domains are fine, just keep links relevant and avoid spammy anchors

My anchor text switch to keyword match on tier 3, I thought this was the way to next. I did not stuff it.

Contextual doofollow links that are placed in content. It does not matter what the label is.
