The quora answer link is ok, good information with 500 words.
For the google stack, this is well done with some images and unique info.
Web 2.0 are high quality with do-follow links, decent amount of content, a couple of images and unique articles.
Profile link and image submission have unique descriptions and titles.
The PBN and Tumblr links are the best from the package good quality and 100% relevant no plagiarism.
There were some issues with the links at first but they were fixed fast so good support.

Your $9 offer looks nice and decent. Correct me if I rwong, I understood seo backlinks so, that when you look at the big sites out there, they have backlinks from niche relevant pages, quora is not niche relevant, or pbn or google stack.

These are for Neil Patel niche relevant sites, not quora, pbn, google stacks....yeah, maybe some of these backlinks he has too but they are not the majority of his backlink portfolio.
Google preferred such niche relevant backlinks higher than from quora, web.20, pbn, etc, etc....

Maybe an alternative: you are accepted on 10 different niche relevant guest posts sites writing 1x article for each site so you will have 10 different niche relevant good DA ******** backlinks . I be sure google will give you good seo ranking boost and DA boost with that.

Keep in mind that when you write for for these sites, yes you get steady traffic with each article, but google counts these backlinks only 1x time.
That means your first 10 articles= 10 backlinks, any other articles you write later will not count on google as backlink- only these 10.

Have these 10 relevant guest post niche backlinks + this $9 offer then you have around 18-20 backlinks.
Or you can try additional backlink pyramid on an web2.0 site then link this one web2.0 site to your main site as an additional tip on cake, so you have little bit diversity.

I think when you are afraid of bad neighboorhood from the web2.0 pyramid link I mentioned before, when your main site has dedicated ip, then you will not have any trouble, but with an shared ip. I be not sure if this can happen and slow down your seo ranking a bit.

I really checked my review copy links one by one and can only get this conclusion:

This thing is high quality and well worth the money.

I mean, some samples links include platforms like Quora, PBN, Google properties, web2.0, bookmark, and image sharing websites etc. This diversity is really good, the articles are fluent enough, everything seems just on spot for me.

Whilst some places can be improved: OP reuse some images, this can be improved, use more images please. Articles are okay, though this can be improved by write niche topics, for example, don't write generic health thoeries, but write some like headaches, Covid, etc, but I get it, this is totally okay.

This called "backbone" backlinks and I pretty happy with this quality. I won't spend time doing this myself, its too time consuming, I would rather suggest buy backpages like this, then later buy/build links point to these. At least this is good for diversify your backlinks profiles.

Most people just something copy + paste from website on Quora and slap a link, that's it. This is unique one, I liked that answers are formatted and broken down into small paragraphs.

What can be improved?
In some places, the images are reused so OP can consider using different images. Also, some profiles had similar user names and avatar, that should also be taken care of. They can act as footprints so this should be avoided I believe.

Backlinks: Received all backlinks as per the package. All links are live right now, and four links are already indexed.

Content: The quality of content is good and on par with current AI content standards. I can see that a fair bit of research and editing was done for the content, and the seller added relevant images wherever possible and made it look legit. I'm optimistic these posts will pass any manual check and stay live forever.

They are popular sites with high DA, and PA.

The articles are well written, readable, and optimised. Some are not relevant to my page, but 2 paragraphs that are related to my page were inserted to make the link and anchor flow naturally with the article.

For the contextual links, he did not create a new blog on the sites but published those articles on existing blogs with already published articles.

I prefer this since indexing is always faster, and Google finds related pages on each page and treats them like internal links.
