How can I create a Google My Business profile using a virtual address?

Using a virtual address for a Google My Business profile is possible, but you need to follow Google’s guidelines carefully. Make sure the address is real and you can receive mail there. Also, your business should have some kind of face to face interaction or provide services at that location. If you want, I can share some tips on how to verify your profile properly. Let me know!

Yeah, I get that. But the key is Google wants a real, verifiable address where mail can be received, even if no one lives there permanently. Some businesses use virtual offices or coworking spaces that meet Google’s guidelines. It’s tricky, but following their rules carefully can help avoid issues. What’s your take on this?

okay, help me with this

You can not set up a Google My Business profile with a virtual address since Google needs a real, physical location that can receive mail. If you work remotely, you can use your home or office address instead and simply hide it on your profile so only your service area is shown.

Google Business Profile doesn’t allow unstaffed virtual addresses, so using one can risk suspension.
Instead, set it up as a service-area business or use a legitimate office with staff you can verify, and complete verification via postcard, phone, or email.

I am living outside USA

Check out co-working or shared office spaces in your area. If you can receive mail there and meet clients occasionally, you can use that as your business address for Google My Business.

That's very low quality advice because. Google doesn't send mail since 2023.
If you really want to verify your business, you will need to do a video verification and have your registration papper ready. Otherwise you are good to purchase a legit verification service !
