Check the site bloomberg.com/europe do you see their structure, theur url too? Do you recognize it? When not, you will not understand why these big sites rank high in the serps.

Google hcu next step would maybe: have multiple domains with your same name (different content- but same niche) will be a red flag in googles next hcu update ?
You can have multiple same name social profiles ye,s and multiple diverse traffic sources, with that must have your blog on same domain not on separate domain like Seth Godin-like all these big sites with a lot of authorithy and backlinks (pre hcu) they will not get a hit but your site ,brand on multiple domains ,you who (we all) who not have big authorithy and tons of backlinks.
Consequence; with good site and blog structure you will get these google site links so in the serps you will have some multiple serps listings, only when using 1 domain. The catch; all your eggs are in one basket except you have diverse traffic sources, with that is easy for google to shut you your whole online business.

Google’s next HCU update may flag multiple same-name domains with different content in the same niche as risky, favoring strong authority on a single domain with diverse traffic and well-structured site/blog, while spreading across domains without authority could hurt smaller sites.

Yes so sad I think so, would be the next logical step for google in my eyes, but all these big sites or sites with enough domain authority and backlinks like Seth Godins site + his .blog domain (2 separate domains) , they will not get a hit , only new domains who not have domain authorithy and tons of backlinks like most of us.
My Plan B is I have 3 name variations of my personal name as .com domains, should I get a hit with my 1 domain main website , then I will do a redirect from my second domain, don't know if that helps. As with the hcu update now your content should based about user intent not seo optimized keywords in the content itself and in the H1 title.
Big tip: better use an obscure niche, these niches you not find on big media news sites they not write about these niches to make money with affiliate and adsense. With an obscure niche abnd user intent content you will have an advantage edge of hcu protection.

User intent it's similar to the social medis platforms algo, have a strong hook ans strong short sentences who makes the algo clear which audiencse will be target and the language of the audience like; spain, french or us-english. (yep the usa english is sometmes a little bit weird ).When you only have 1 domain then you need diverse traffic sources like IG +Twitter +Pinterest as example when google will shut you down, so you get traffic form these three platforms. Or yes you can do blogging, but not on your own website do blogging on twitter , facebook, or Livejournal or google blogger (when that make sense with the hcu update, as subdomain of your main domain). ufffff.........hard nut to crack......
But dear people (ok, I know it's not easy) do you realize that these elite globalists, yes they have legion= hundreds of suborganizations (the main global organization is the wzo) these globalists are not the majority in the world population?
We the people around the globe are in majority- lock them up
with the help of military send them to a lonely island without environment and food, one way ticket= problem solved, uffff so sad.....Organic seo; I would say Bing is not that harsh like google is doing with his hcu algo or try get indexed in Duckduckgo, I think it will bring you good organic traffic too. Bing+DDG+ social media traffic or Discord traffic.

When it comes now to google HCU and EEAT; they not got a google hcu hit, means they are experts in all these fields; Healtzh, Finance, Food Drink, Home; Beauty& Spa and the list goes on ?Really ?
The catch is; their tons of articles are written by experts in that süpecific topic field and they have "fact checkers" with university degree yadda yadda......
When you have enough money here do you get a lot of experts to write for you like this conglomerate ?
