As I understand it, outreach links (when we buy on exchanges, but find thematic sites and offer to place our content) are among the most valuable. How do you automate the process? Specifically:

• obtaining potential donors (as I understand, from search engine results or a service like Ahrefs)
• generating personalized offers to the site owner
• the actual process of sending out proposals (email or through feedback forms)

Is there any all in one solution to automate from start till end? (like ai agent or similar)

I don’t think there’s a perfect all in one tool yet but you can automate most stages with the right setup i usually pull prospects with Ahrefs or Scrapebox, clean the list manually and then use tools like Instantly or Lemlist for outreach. For personalization AI templates help but still need human review full automation often lowers reply quality. A semi manual approach gives the best balance of speed and genuine responses.

I didnt heard of any. GSA Contact form submitter is only thing that come into my mind.
Keep in mind - automated = most valuable targets will fail because of antispam protection.

Find targets, look for their social media (FB,IG,X, whatever), message them there.

Google Forms api works well if you’re already using Google Workspace you can also try Typeform’s API or Jotform’s api both let you create send and collect responses automatically it mostly depends on where you want to send the forms (email, website, or CRM).
