Even if you put in a lot of work and add value, you will still receive ten views. Then a haphazard video goes viral and transforms everything. YouTube is both beautiful and painful in that you never know when it will happen, but those that persevere are always rewarded.

It is like this in initial phase only. When you have grown , there will be some regular people waiting for your video upload.

I have a few big channels. First, if you want to grow, you're going to have to jump into different niches. Unfortunately, for most people it is very very hard to make content that they're passionate about and be able to grow with it. If you're getting into a niche like gaming then yeah, you're going to have a very hard time. Usually I just browse the front feed and look for niches that are up and coming and try to jump in quick. And second, focus on volume in the beginning and not too much on quality. When I start a new channel, I don’t obsess over making perfect videos. I just focus on making decent ones quickly. The goal is to put out enough content to attract a small group of returning viewers. You're going to have more chances on hitting the algorithm with one of them and once that core audience is there, then I start improving quality and putting more time into each video. Those loyal viewers are the ones who’ll give the next, better video its first real push. There are millions of amazing videos that never got pushed anywhere. You’ll usually have better odds by editing faster and making more content than by spending weeks polishing one video.

If you upload content daily on YouTube, you are increasing your chances for success. As you said, one of videos will surely go viral.

YouTube cares more about consistency than luck, if you keep posting good videos, growth will come with time.

It is hard to predict the algorithm. But if you put consistent effort , it is guaranteed that you will get views and subscribers. You just not have to give up even if it takes one to two years.

That's right—YouTube can be hard to forecast. What I suggest is Don't let the few views get you down. Keep coming back, getting better at what you do, and focusing on consistency instead of being viral. Your breakthrough video will find its audience when you least expect it.

There are some guys like Mr Beast who are able to repeat success on multiple channels. They treat youtube as any other regular business and have mastered the art of satisfying the viewers.

If Mr Beast pays 10k for a thumbnail, how much do you think he is spending in promoted content?

The algorithm is unpredictable, but steady effort pays off. Keep going, and over time you’ll see growth in views and subscribers.

Yep, actually it's the same with every platform. For me, it takes time to understand what your content is targeting. So keep going and post content regularly.

YouTube does needs a lot of patience. It is not easy to go viral on youtube in less time, it can take years as well.

That is why I say that some luck is also involved in getting popular in YouTube.

"Clickbait thumbnail + hook line in the beginning + quantity" is still working.

10 views seems like a lot of exergerration right? because I don't think you need a lot of effort to hit those number, Maybe breaking over several hundreds of views into the thousands category is the typical challenge for many. YouTube is learning more about your channel and it with a little bit of patience, like you mentioned, you can finally break the 10 views jinx and get into thousands.
