I use to work for Trustpilot a reviews company, you can ask me anything
I didn't work directly with bot reviews but I can tell you the cases I was handling were 9/10 times humanwhat's the percentage of bots vs humans that leave reviews on TP?
This I have not heard aboutIs it real trustpilot offloading their Old reviews database for cost cutting ?
I received a message about reviews on my company pageI use to work for Trustpilot a reviews company, you can ask me anything

9/10 its auto-flag, I think they suck tbf - I would say the only way through is in. If you can go through manually verifying reviews, do it. If not take it as a warning, too many unresolved auto flags can lead to a banner appearing on your Company ProfileI received a message about reviews on my company page
What are the odds this was auto-flagged vs someone from the team flagged our page and sent this?
The TP email warned that they might show a banner on our page saying that we get fake reviews if we continue to purchase reviews. What is the likelihood of that happening?View attachment 481221
Answer tickets and live chats, ~60k bumped to ~75k until I left. Requirements was more focused on the people skills and soft-skill driven workers rather than technical skills I thought. Overtime though obviously those workers become experts in their respective responsibilities if new hires can survive handling new responsibilitiesWhat did u get paid to do there? And what was the salary like? And what were their requirements to hire you?
that's pretty good thenI didn't work directly with bot reviews but I can tell you the cases I was handling were 9/10 times human
Thank you. How can I close or resolve some of those auto flags? We dont pay trustpilot for anything right now - just have a free business page.9/10 its auto-flag, I think they suck tbf - I would say the only way through is in. Do they change/remove reviews for money?I use to work for Trustpilot a reviews company, you can ask me anything
Do you know of ways to remove scam reviews from a page if they are from people who never bought our service?I use to work for Trustpilot a reviews company, you can ask me anything
I would say be legit and a caveat to this, as long as it looks legit it is legit. How you get there is up to youThank you. How can I close or resolve some of those auto flags? We dont pay trustpilot for anything right now - just have a free business page.
the greatest mystery, generally speaking companies are all about their money because of investors, of course there would be no bribery or blatant pay to remove reviews. But money flows my friendDo they change/remove reviews for money?
Gotta go through their process, and as long as you have evidence to back it up, you're golden. Be "Legit" - thats why those removal companies ask for a lot, because its basically a bunch of people manually doing the process of verifying the review is legit or not. Whether white hat black hat, thats neither here nor there.Do you know of ways to remove scam reviews from a page if they are from people who never bought our service?
I agree. What has been your personal experience though? Have you seen anything like this during your “work”?the greatest mystery, generally speaking companies are all about their money because of investors, of course there would be no bribery or blatant pay to remove reviews. Nope, all been legit people or people gaming the system, but no take money to remove reviews. Also those teams were often segmented who did handle bot reviews and fake reviews. I wasn't part of that team, but those teams do actually take the time to review key components rather than automation. That comes from auto flag side, also I think AI is stupid and it is not a good look to use it in reviews but the world is no doubt going this way, and I have a feeling most workflows would be integrated with itI agree. As a matter of fact, our project manager was a rizzler in the Zoom chats we were in about new products we were rolling outThis reminds me about those Matt Cutts AMAs, talking as if he knew anything about Google internally.
How this bro is going to know anything about ths massive b***s**t going behind the scenes of the TP giant?
At best he could talk about how his project manager was a rizzler in the Zoom chats.
