Which payment gateway people love?

I don't ''love'' any billionaire company, fuck all them

They've already robbed me several times, not in vain they reached their current marketcap, like PayPal, one of the biggest scammers and crmininals in those times, half of this forum was already fucked by this nasty company more than once.

About verification, if you are willing to go through their proof of liveness, video selfie, proof of address and a bunch of docs, all legit and from yourself, they will probably approve your account

Just my first thought before I read your comment : D

Nothing like love... just necessity for me.
I use PayPal (this one... I don’t think there’s anything more I’d add, you’ve said it all :D) and Stripe.

No one can love these companies they are not to be loved however the payment getaway that is most trusted and used is probably paypal even if have a bad reputation with the sellers

Well It really depends on what kind of business you’re running and where your customers are located.

– PayPal: easiest to verify and widely accepted, but risky for digital products or high refund rates.
– Stripe: very solid if your country is supported, smooth verification but strict compliance checks.
– Coinbase Commerce: perfect if you want to accept crypto with minimal verification (just basic KYC).
– Mollie / Paystack / Razorpay: better for local or regional businesses, though approval times can vary.

If you just need something fast and low hassle, Stripe or Coinbase are the go-to in most cases. For anything grey area or niche, crypto gateways tend to be safer long term.

Stripe mainly because the checkout process is super smooth and it supports credit and debit cards from almost anywhere in the world.

In payment processing, it's the buyers who gotta love your gateway, not you. And most buyers prefer paypal or stripe.
If sellers had a choice, paypal would've been out of business by now.

For revolut business you need to open a company in uk or europe and apply to them

They may ask for some proof

Depends on what your customers would feel comfortable with. It will be mostly paypal so you must offer that to begin with.

Honestly, it’s a mess. There are so many payment gateways, but none of them really work for regular people. Every single one acts like it’s made to help freelancers or small businesses, but in reality, it’s just another way for big corporations and banks to take their cut.
You deal with verification nonsense, random holds, “security checks” that last weeks, and ridiculous fees on top of bad exchange rates. It’s like the system is built to keep you under control while billion-dollar companies profit from every transaction you make.
That’s why I prefer crypto. It’s not perfect, but at least I can move money freely without begging some faceless company for permission. With stablecoins like USDT or LTC, transfers are fast, cheap, and no one freezes your funds because of “compliance reviews.” It actually feels like you own your money, not like you’re renting it from a bank.
