Reddit has real users and posts actually grow according to people's interaction. Posts don't completely rely on algo as is with other social media platforms.I don't agree. I spent days making something authentic as a drawing,a nd it got well recieved on reddit. It didn't make it to the front page (i don't have a sense of entitlement) or anything but it got thounsands of views, and dozens of upvotes, and shared 5+ times.
Yeah on reddit, you can find overnight success. But that doesn't happen with the other socials, you need the followers first, its chicken and egg who comes first, lol whereas post something good quality on the right place in reddit, and you'll get lots of views easier, off the batReddit has real users and posts actually grow according to people's interaction. Posts don't completely rely on algo as is with other social media platforms.
Long as there are users in the sub you post and you post what they like, you'll get ready good engagement and some virality. But IG and the rest are rarely like that. You could have hundreds of thousands of followers yet struggle to get 15k views.
If it's something the sub members would find interesting, post it. But also remember redditors are very cynical and would already suspect you.Do you recommned posting on reddit, actual posts from other social media's?
100% true — it’s not always about the hardest work but the right timing and momentum. Sometimes the most random post aligns perfectly with the algorithm’s pulse. Consistency, testing different angles, and staying active usually win long-term. You never really know which piece will hit, so showing up daily matters mostEven if you put in hours making something authentic, no one will notice. After that, a single, uncomplicated post goes viral. That's what makes this game so wild. It's always energy, timing, and consistency, not just effort.
