Pre-checked subscription boxes at checkout violate Shopify's ToS and are illegal in many regions (EU, UK, FTC rules in the US) , no legit app does this intentionally. ReCharge and Bold Subscriptions let you offer subscriptions but customers have to opt in themselves.
