Hey everyone,
I currently run an agency that used to operate hybrid, hitting around $80K/month, but recently we switched more into influencer-focused outreach — and we’re facing some annoying issues.

Here’s the setup:

• We’re using aged & verified accounts, properly warmed up.
• Each has been posting consistently for over a month, looks 100% legit.
• Outreach starts slow: 5 DMs day 1, 10 day 2, etc...

After a few days, accounts start getting flagged, locked (appeal), or banned.
Sometimes they get restored — but then our DMs stop being seen or delivered.

We’ve tested different approaches, delays, proxies, etc.
Still can’t get a stable cadence.

Some people say they DM 50+ prospects per day per account, but honestly I don’t get how that’s possible when even 10–15/day seems risky for aged verifieds.

Anyone here already tested higher trust methods or specific patterns that help build better reputation on the account before scaling DMs?

I guess, it's the easiest content you can publish to warm up your account, like fast content, which you can generate fast and receive organic users. No matter which content you post, or your account about when you are reaching infls

Slow, natural growth is key. Warm up accounts with real engagement before scaling DMs. Vary your messages, use quality proxies, avoid spikes, and be patient to avoid bans and maintain delivery.

DMs are not the best way to advertise since even with high % of closing in new fans, after the costs of running the operation it wont be that much of a profit.
Where are you trying to push these Dms in? Instagram? X?
