Hey everyone,
I’ve noticed my TikTok videos that used to get decent reach are suddenly struggling — even with similar content and hashtags. Has anyone else noticed a change in reach or engagement lately?
Do you think TikTok recently tweaked the algorithm, or is it just niche-dependent?

Refresh your strategy:
Change your posting time (A/B test multiple times)
Create 1–2 videos that "spark" strong emotions → increase re-engagement
Use questions at the beginning of the video to increase comments
Keep a close eye on:
Watch time (more important than likes)
3s / 10s retention rate

yes, slightly. Still getting views and reach but it's slight low. This means, we need to do better with our content making sure it's relevant and drives engagement
