My real goal is to get my Facebook group posts to get pick up picked by Google.I noticed that some my autoblog posts is getting picked up by Bing when posting it on Facebook groups. It will depends on the age and activity of your account. If your account is newly created or somehow inactive, it will raise some red flags once you start publishing tens of posts per day, so, it wouldn't be recommended.
If your account was created several years ago and it's warmed enough, you can start posting 5 posts per day, and slowly increase it to 7, 10, 12, etc. Just be careful, especially if those posts include links.
