Out of nowhere, my account got disabled. No warnings, no obvious violations. I’m running legit campaigns. Anyone else had random FB bans? How did you recover without losing momentum?

Happens more often than ppl think, even on “clean” setups. A lot of times it’s just automated trust checks tied to billing/behavior patterns, not actual policy breaks. What helped me before: keep multiple BMs warmed in parallel, so if one goes down you don’t lose all momentum. Also appeal while letting the other accounts run steady. Did FB give you any specific reason in the support inbox or just generic “policy violation”?

I once switched to a personal ad account, ran small campaigns first — helped me recover faster.

Sometimes account bans can also happen due to Facebook’s own errors. If your campaign is WH, reach out to Facebook support — there’s a high chance they’ll unlock your account.

Facebook always has daily scans to disable many violating accounts, maybe your account is one of their violations, using mass creation tools, fake accounts, hacked, running insurance products....

I keep backup accounts ready because these random bans are inevitable

This is the nature of facebook, When you thinking to facebook ads, You need to create few more backup ads account.
So, When 1 ad account restricted, You can use other to immediately start ad campaign.

Happens sometimes—best bet is to appeal through Business Support and pause risky campaigns until it’s resolved.

Hello I am Bhupesh SEO Expert or a Meta ads Expert also I am New Here but I have 3 yrs of Experience in both. coz of they avioding Facebook ads Policyies that'swhy your account in disabled.

Yes, it happens sometimes with FB's automated system; contacting support and submitting an appeal is usually the quickest way to recover.

Sometimes, even for WH niches, cloaking is used nowadays because all those platforms are so strict.

First, appeal the decision and explain everything calmly. While that's going on, it's a good idea to always have a backup account or another channel ready to go.

Just appeal and set up backups while you wait.

Happens often — appeal immediately, use Business Manager to stay active, and run backup ad accounts to avoid losing momentum.

You should switch to another account to continue advertising, while simultaneously submitting an appeal requesting the reinstatement of your account.

Yeah, happened to me too! I appealed through the "request review" option, and while it took a few days, my account was reinstated—just stay patient and clear with your appeal.
