About a year ago I started a GMB profile for a fake tree removal in my small town and was able to rank it top 3 within a week or 2 using some grey hat techniques. I still get about 13 calls a month from random people wanting their trees cut and I haven't even touched anything in over a year lol.

I'm wondering if anyone is renting out profiles in their area right now? I feel like I could easily pick a better trades niche and get 50+ calls p\m, would that be enough to get 1k p\m? Does anyone have thoughts on this?

This is lead generation, maybe the biggest industry in IM right now. Of course it works.

Getting 13 calls without work shows potential. If you pick a hotter trade, 50+ calls and $1k/month is realistic. Just be careful Google cracks down on fake listings, so keep it legit.
