I have a TikTok account with around a quarter of a million followers, most of whom are Arabic speakers.
It used to post anime related content, but all the videos were deleted about a year ago, and nothing has been posted since then.

The TikTok algorithm doesn't like content fluctuations or long breaks. If you're on an anime channel, you need to be consistent. If you do different things or don't watch for long periods, your reach will decrease.

If it's still got followers, then the account still has a change for revival. Though, you're going to want to warmup before going back to your usual volume of posts or just before you make a lot of posts at all.
