Why GMB listing verification are so expensive?

Damn, I had to throw a word or two about it , because in the last 2-3 days I saw a few new sale threads that offer GMB verification without postcards and so on for 300$ pre-GMB. I think this price is exaggerated and it should be lower, maybe 100-120$ per listing. With late events in the GBP sphere, there is a huge probability, maybe 70-80% that the newly created GMB will be suspended anyway. Plus, many offers guarantee a refund, which is ok , but the period is in question.
According to my knowledge, the new GMB, which is approved they is done automatically, cross-referencing PR and big outlets. There are 20 days after the verification, during which the GMB depend on the action taken on them to be verified by algo or manually. This is usually when suspensions happen and there is a high probability of being suspended. Anyway, because of that, I think 300$ is a very large amount to pay for it.

Even $300 would be fine as long as it doesn't suspend after a few days. Like you said, verification comes after 20 days, and that's the real problem I would say.

Totally agree. $300 is steep given the current suspension risks. With such high uncertainty post-verification, pricing should reflect that. A refund guarantee is great, but the timeline matters a lot too.

Its worth it if its not going to suspend. I am able to set up some categories that I guarantee won't be suspended but some categories like portable toilets, air duct cleaning, locksmith and garage door suspend immediately. The other categories I do don't suspend.

Honestly , I've dealt with people here that charged me 300 and i got a dead profile , I've dealt with others that charged me 50$ and the profile is running strong. Trial and error unfortunately. There's a lot of dead giveaways if you just get manager access to the new profile

Been in the game 12 Years, Must of the people on BHW are resellers, using Low Quality accounts & Methods, reselling this GMB's like 3 hands until its gets to you.

If a listing sticks, then $300 is nothing.

I had a client once that paid me 3K per listing, With 24 Months guaranteed - So if its dies in 24 Months period. i have to pay him back... and we did Monthly payments for it. i can say gladly we had a 80/20 rate on Sticky gmbs. And very spammy niche.

If the listings sticks for 10-20 Days, then its not worth even 10$... Because you spend on it more money then just the $300

I agree, $300 is nothing if its a viable lead generation source. I don't pay for my own GMB's and I have figured out my methods on my own but if I did have to pay for one I wouldn't think twice about it. I make 3x that just from one months rent.

I am interested in doing some more verifications for people though, do you have a suggestion for a low-key method to get some new verification clients? I don't want to post ads on facebook or anything and get the attention of google.

You don't make the price. The market make te price. If you don't know how to select a good provider, that's not our fault. 300$ for a listing that will last years it's cheap.
