Yeah, there are still people offering Facebook Mother-Child services. Basically, they run multiple fake-looking accounts (child) to push traffic and engagement to your main one (mother).It can grow your reach, but it’s risky violates Facebook’s terms, and most child accounts get flagged fast these days. If you try it, use a provider with solid reviews and don’t rely on it long-term.

I’ve come across this topic a few times. From what I’ve seen, some people experiment with variations of it, but the actual effectiveness often depends on the niche, the strategy, and how consistent the setup is

FB mother-child = same thing as Instagram mother-child but for Facebook...
