The PR will be of the page, where your comments are going to be posted, not the homepage PR.

I ordered the golden package and got my report yesterday. The OP has done everything he said and even threw in some high PR bonus links.
BUT most of the blogs are spammed to hell and have literally thousands of links in the comments. It will only be 48 hours before another hundred or so spam comments are left and my links will fall off the page with PR onto page 2 or 3 of the comments.
I couldn't find my link on 3 of the sites (2 were bonus sites so no problem) but that might just be because there were so many links there and I couldn't be bothered searching.

Although I paid full price, my review score for this is 5/10, simply due to the high number of OBL's on each page, and I expected my link to be the only one in his comments.

^^ Like siphoner says - The OP sent a report and all the links were there, as promised.

It was quick and he even threw in 3 extra high PR links.

These were comments left on blogs with a ton of other spammy comments.. but oh well! OP never said they wouldn't be.

Review. Provider provided the links as advertised as well as bonus free links. There are not very highly spammed links and the OBL's is respectable which makes these worth the cost.

@siphoner, There were only little blogs (around 2 or 3) where OBLs were more, but in other blogs, there were less OBLs.
